The ideal area is a hard surface outdoor playground or parking lot the size of a tennis or basketball court. 120ft by 40ft. is recommended outdoors. indoors in gyms or cafeteria we will accommodate the areas with a limit of 60 ft in length.

Tap to expandWe are very comfortable with 600 people in one assembly — 300 on each side. Some schools choose to split by grade for age-appropriate messaging. Each additional assembly is $200. The decision is yours.
Once our team arrives on the property, setup and takedown can be completed in as little as 15 minutes. Having the area clear and access gates open speeds things up. Power within 100 ft. is helpful — though our teams carry their own extension cords.
Yes! We like to get paperwork handled as early as possible to avoid delays. Provide us with a direct district contact who handles POs and we'll manage the processing for you.
Students sit on both sides of the performance area — similar to watching a basketball game. Seated on the ground or in chairs both work well. Standing is an option but students can get tired, so sitting is encouraged.
We are flexible with rescheduling. If an indoor facility (cafeteria, gym) is available, we can often adjust the show size accordingly. Maintaining our tour schedule is a priority since it keeps prices low — we'll work with you to find a solution.
Yes! In fact, if you send us photos, testimonials, or video of your assembly, we will create a free website page for your school's social media and website use.
Yes! Our riders have performed at over 3,000 schools with powerful messages regarding anti-bullying. We are also part of California's T.U.P.E. program and consistently support tobacco, vape, and drug awareness campaigns.
We prefer a hard surface: pavement, concrete, hardwood basketball/tennis courts. Ideal size is 40 × 120 ft. (basketball court). Grass is not recommended, though we can accommodate in special cases. If you have cracks or uneven spots, send photos to admin@bmxfreestylers.com and we'll advise.
